Can I buy the blueprint as a hard copy?

Yes. The blueprint is now available here in hard copy format.

Is this the Zeigler Nichols method?

No. This is a completely different approach. Be very careful if you choose to use the Ziegler Nichols method as it will leave you with a loop teetering on the edge of instability.

My loop has a nasty time-delay. Will this method still work?

Yes. The blueprint will identify the time-delay in your loop and show you how to calculate tuning constants that will handle the delay.

What if I try it and it doesn't work on my loop?

There is always a small chance that your loop is one of the 2-3% of loops that have really unusual characteristics that won't tune with any tuning method. If you buy the blueprint and you aren't completely happy with the results - just email me and I'll give you a full refund and if you like, recommend a control systems specialist local to you who can have a look at your loop for you.

Do I need to have a PayPal account to buy the Blueprint?

No. Although we use PayPal as our secure payment processor, you don't need a paypal account. You can use any credit card through the paypal site for a one time payment without needing to create an account.
